What was Footballidentity?
Footballidentity was more than just a football game – it was a living online world built around players, clubs, and community.

Footballidentity
Footballidentity was a browser-based football MMO that allowed players to create their own footballer and live an entire career — from local pitches to packed stadiums.
You trained, played matches in real time, interacted with other players, joined clubs, built rivalries, and shaped your own football story.
For many players, Footballidentity wasn’t just a game. It was a daily ritual, a social space, and a place where friendships, memories, and unforgettable moments were created.

Voices of the community
Hey, thank you for keeping this site alive, even if only through memories.
I was briefly a journalist for the Polish league ca. 2014-2016, it must’ve been right before the game shut down. I was still in high school, so I had a lot of time for following the matches and publishing articles. Getting feedback from members of various teams was the best, it really felt like being part of this small online world. I haven’t experienced anything like it since.
Revival sounds great, as I’ve been hard at work polishing my writing skills for the last 10 years haha. One can only dream though…

It was a wonderful game. I miss it a lot during those years. I remember what an excellent Bulgarian society we built. I played in World Championships. I became the world champion in U25 and second in U21. I played in the Serbian, Scottish, Italian, Irish and Bulgarian leagues. I was the president of FID Asia. In two seasons we built an active Indian League and an Indian national team that participated in the World Championship. If there was time, the other championships and national teams from Asia would have developed as well. There were prerequisites for this. I met many people from all over the world. I still keep in touch with some of them. It was an incredible experience. Every match was a great experience. I miss it!
